Cast & Characters
Harrison Ford as Rick Deckard
Rick Deckard is a retired Blade Runner for the Los Angeles Police Department. He is reluctant to reprise his role as a Blade Runner, however he agrees to do so after learning that a former colleague was shot by a replicant.
Sean Young as Rachael
Rachael is the most advanced of the replicants. She has had false memories implanted in her brain and is unaware that she is not a human being. She works for the Tyrell Corporation and falls in love with Deckard.
Rutger Hauer as Roy Batty
Roy Batty is combat model replicant. He is strong, quick and extremely lethal. Roy Batty is the leader of the rogue replicants and has led them to Earth in an attempt to extend their limited life spans.
Daryl Hannah as Pris
Pris is a pleasure model replicant and the love interest of Roy Batty. She is persuasive and manipulates J.F. Sebastian in a plot to get Roy close to their creator - Tyrell.
Brion James as Leon Kowalski
Leon is another combat model, however he is not as intelligent as Roy Batty or the other replicants. He is violent and shoots a Blade Runner while taking the Voight-Kampff test.
Joanna Cassidy as Zhora
Zhora is an extremely swift and deadly replicant, designed to function as an assassin. She disguises herself as an exotic dancer but is tracked down and retired by Decker.
William Sanderson as J.F. Sebastian
J.F. Sebastian is genetic designer for the Tyrell Corporation. He has Methuselah Syndrome which prevents him from being able to leave Earth. J.F. Sebastian is lonely - his only friends are his creations - which makes him an easy target for Roy Batty and Pris to take advantage of.
Edward James Olmos as Gaff
Gaff is a mysterious police officer who shadows Deckard throughout the film. Although he never directly interferes with Deckard's work, he is constantly following him.
Joe Turkel as Tyrell
Tyrell is the creator of the replicants. He is extremely intelligent and is sought by Roy Batty in an attempt to expand the replicant's four-year life spans.
M. Emmet Walsh as Bryant
Bryant is the captain of the Los Angeles Police department and recruits Deckard to retire the replicants who have come to Earth.
